- Harass, abuse, defame, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or data mining tools without prior written consent.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, software, and intellectual property associated with Sponty are the exclusive property of M4JOP or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or M4JOP.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sponty is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M4JOP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Sponty.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
