Delete Your Sponty Account

Learn how to permanently erase your profile, authentication credentials, and user data.

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion

If you currently have the Sponty application installed on your device:

Launch the Sponty app.
Tap your Profile Icon or open Settings.
Navigate to Account & Security → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion prompt. Your account and stored credentials will be wiped immediately.

Option 2: Submit Web Deletion Request

If you uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, submit a request below. Our compliance team verifies requests and processes deletions within 3-5 business days.

I understand that this request is permanent and irreversible. All my account data, active sessions, and personal information will be completely erased.

What is deleted: All profile information, account credentials, in-app posts, comments, favorites, notification tokens, and device associations.

What may be retained: Transaction receipts or audit metadata required by tax or anti-fraud laws are securely retained in an encrypted, non-accessible vault for up to 90 days before final destruction.
